What does Decarbonize America mean?

Decarbonize America is defined as to remove all carbon emission outputs from the United States and replace them with clean, renewable energy sources in order to reverse its effects on climate change.

Humans are to blame for all of this. We have created all of these things that produce greenhouse gases. But you can take steps to reduce your carbon footprint.
